Senior/ACD Creative Team (pair) – Healthcare Advertising

About the role

Real Chemistry is seeking an established senior/ACD creative pair to join its 21GRAMS EMEA team in London. The duo will lead the development of behaviour‑changing ideas for healthcare clients, turning strategic briefs into compelling global campaigns that resonate across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute innovative creative concepts across a range of media channels.
• Take ownership of client accounts and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
• Work closely with the Strategy team to ensure ideas are grounded in insight and brief requirements.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, copywriters and other agency specialists to bring concepts to life.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and resources to meet client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating, producing and implementing global healthcare campaigns.
• Ability to uncover the emotional core of a brief and translate it into standout creative work.
• Track record of developing big ideas that can be localized worldwide and presenting them to senior clients.
• Readiness to step up into senior leadership, manage teams and influence agency growth.
• Will report to the Global Executive Creative Directors.
