SEO Assistant / Executive (German & French)

About the role

Kaizen is an AI‑enabled performance marketing agency seeking a motivated SEO Assistant or Executive who is fluent in German and/or French. You will support the SEO team in delivering high‑impact search strategies for global brands, gaining hands‑on experience in technical, content and analytical aspects of SEO.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the SEO Manager in executing the SEO roadmap for high‑profile clients.
• Perform technical and content optimisation on client websites.
• Conduct keyword research to uncover new content opportunities.
• Localise and optimise content for German and French markets.
• Support creative content creation and technical SEO audits.
• Produce monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current with SEO trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Native or strong (C1‑C2) proficiency in German or French.
• Background or interest in SEO, web design, data analysis or related fields.
• Curiosity, strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
