About the role
The RAC is investing heavily in digital performance and needs an SEO Executive to lead organic growth for one of the UK’s most recognised brands. You will work within a collaborative Performance Marketing team, influencing visibility, traffic and commercial success across our products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Support and deliver the RAC’s SEO strategy to improve organic visibility, rankings and traffic.
- Plan and execute on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO initiatives, including content optimisation, internal linking and site improvements.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and opportunity identification to inform SEO activity.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and industry platforms such as SEMrush.
- Identify and implement data‑led recommendations to enhance site performance, conversion and user experience.
- Collaborate with content, product, development teams and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Support technical SEO improvements, including site health, indexing, crawlability and Core Web Vitals.
- Communicate insights and performance updates clearly to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates and best practices.
Required profile
- Mid‑level SEO professional or a candidate ready to progress to a senior position.
- Hands‑on experience delivering measurable SEO results.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment (three days remote, two days on‑site).
