SEO Executive – Hybrid role in Leeds

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Executive to join our award‑winning performance marketing agency in Leeds. You will work on a diverse portfolio of client accounts, helping major brands improve their organic visibility while developing your technical SEO expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
• Analyse crawl data, indexing issues and site performance metrics.
• Support website migrations and large‑scale SEO projects.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis and opportunity identification.
• Monitor organic performance, produce insights and suggest growth strategies.
• Collaborate with developers, content teams and account managers.
• Prepare client reporting and strategic recommendations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm updates, Core Web Vitals and emerging SEO technologies.

Required profile

• 1+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and problem‑solving ability.
• Experience with large data sets and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for continuous learning in SEO.
