SEO Executive – Organic Performance

About the role

FairPlay Sports Media is seeking an Organic Performance Executive to drive SEO‑focused growth across its English‑speaking markets, primarily the UK and US. Reporting to the Senior Organic Performance Manager, you will implement SEO initiatives, monitor performance, and collaborate with Content, Product and Engineering teams to boost organic visibility for Oddschecker.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the organic growth strategy across the UK, US and other English‑speaking markets.
• Carry out keyword research and identify opportunities to increase organic traffic.
• Monitor organic performance using SEO and analytics tools.
• Perform technical SEO audits and pinpoint optimisation opportunities.
• Work closely with Content teams to optimise existing content and support new content initiatives.
• Raise SEO requirements with Product and Engineering teams and validate implementations.
• Monitor rankings, crawl health, indexing and Core Web Vitals.
• Support A/B testing and other SEO experiments.
• Assist with competitor analysis and market research.
• Collaborate with the Digital PR team to support link‑acquisition initiatives.
• Produce regular SEO performance reports and dashboards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Google algorithm updates and AI‑driven search developments.
• Support optimisation for emerging AI‑powered search experiences.

Required profile

• Based in the UK (including Scotland) with the right to work in the UK.
