SEO Executive – Organic Performance (UK/US)

About the role

FairPlay Sports Media is seeking an SEO Executive to join the Audience team and drive organic growth across its English‑speaking markets, primarily the UK and US. Reporting to the Senior Organic Performance Manager, you will implement SEO initiatives, monitor performance, and collaborate with Content, Product and Engineering teams to boost visibility for the Oddschecker brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support the organic growth strategy for the UK, US and other English‑speaking markets.
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to increase organic traffic.
• Monitor organic performance using SEO and analytics tools.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend optimisation actions.
• Work with Content teams to optimise existing pages and support new content creation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define SEO requirements and validate implementations.
• Track rankings, crawl health, indexing status and Core Web Vitals.
• Assist with A/B testing, SEO experiments and competitor analysis.
• Support the Digital PR team with link‑acquisition initiatives.
• Produce regular SEO performance reports and dashboards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Google algorithm updates and emerging AI‑driven search experiences.
