Performance.io Ltd. is seeking a curious and ambitious SEO & GEO Manager to help shape the future of search for leading healthcare and pharmaceutical brands. You will work across traditional search engines and AI‑powered discovery platforms, turning data insights into actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Perform keyword and topic research for healthcare and pharma websites.
• Identify content opportunities to boost organic visibility.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and search performance using industry tools.
• Support internal linking, metadata, and on‑page optimisation projects.
• Carry out competitor analysis and search landscape reviews.
• Audit brand presence across AI‑powered search experiences (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).
• Track visibility on AI platforms and pinpoint content gaps for improved discoverability.
