SEO Specialist (Hybrid, Mansfield)

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join a market‑leading retail business in North Nottinghamshire. The successful candidate will drive organic growth across major brands, working closely with digital marketing teams to optimise performance and maximise visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the day‑to‑day SEO channel.
• Make data‑driven recommendations to improve keyword rankings and overall SEO performance.
• Analyse and enhance website architecture, internal linking and on‑page content.
• Collaborate with content teams to optimise category pages, landing pages, blogs, FAQs and buying guides.
• Conduct in‑depth technical SEO audits and resolve performance issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an SEO‑focused role, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, SEO strategy and ongoing optimisation techniques.
• Experience conducting technical SEO audits and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse data confidently and recommend actionable improvements.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract with a salary of approximately £33,000 per year.
