Serious Injury Lawyer – Liverpool (Hybrid)

About the role

We are a nationally recognised law firm seeking an experienced Serious Injury Lawyer to join our Liverpool team. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both from our central office and remotely while managing a full caseload of litigated personal injury claims.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a litigated caseload of fast‑track and intermediate‑track personal injury claims.
• Handle cases from pre‑issue through to settlement, including trial preparation when required.
• Work on complex, higher‑value road‑traffic accident matters, including motorbike and cycling claims.
• Engage with clients, counsel, experts and third parties throughout the litigation process.
• Support and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling litigated fast‑track RTA claims.
• Working knowledge of the Intermediate Track regime.
• Familiarity with the MOJ Portal and post‑issue litigation processes.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience using case management systems such as Proclaim or similar.
