About the role
We are seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join a leading automotive dealership in Newbury. You will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service and maintenance, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for service and maintenance customers.
- Manage bookings, allocate courtesy cars, and provide timely updates to customers.
- Coordinate with workshop teams to guarantee efficient service delivery.
- Promote and upsell additional work, service plans, and warranties.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealership environment.
- Confident, organised and highly customer‑focused.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Proven ability to sell additional products and services.
