Service Advisor – Worthing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy automotive dealership in Worthing. The role involves managing customer service appointments, coordinating with the workshop, and ensuring a smooth repair experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs.
• Book vehicles for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Provide regular updates to customers throughout the repair process.
• Liaise with technicians to ensure efficient completion of work.
• Prepare estimates, invoices and process payments.
• Maintain high standards of customer service at every touch‑point.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Positive, professional attitude and a team‑player mindset.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
