Service Manager – Automotive Dealership (Cambridge)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the service department of a successful global automotive group based near Cambridge. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the dealership’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
• Foster a high‑performance culture, rewarding achievement and addressing under‑performance.
• Oversee the service department, managing resource levels, productivity and workflow.
• Produce accurate dealership reports in line with group reporting frameworks.
• Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Service Manager within an automotive environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and produce clear reports.
• Excellent communication and customer‑focus.
• Residence within commuting distance of Cambridge.
