Service Technician (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician (m/f/d) to join our industrial service team. In this position you will travel to customer sites to install, commission, maintain and repair a variety of technical systems and equipment. You will act as the primary point of contact for on‑site and remote support, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain and repair technical systems and equipment at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot faults, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Operate testing and measurement equipment to verify system performance.
• Support assembly, service and maintenance activities in collaboration with internal teams.
• Prepare accurate service reports and technical documentation after each assignment.
• Provide professional on‑site and remote customer support.

Required profile

• Technical qualification such as electrician, mechatronics technician or equivalent.
• Hands‑on experience in service, maintenance or field operations within an industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Structured, independent and solution‑oriented working style.
• Strong customer focus and confident communication in English.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driving licence.
