ServiceNow Administrator (Hybrid, Manchester)

About the role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to join a global law firm in Manchester. The role is hybrid and permanent, focusing on the day‑to‑day operation, configuration and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain ServiceNow modules, including user/group management, access controls and data integrity.
• Configure and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge and Service Catalogue modules.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with support partners.
• Support integrations with third‑party systems and tools.
• Maintain comprehensive platform documentation, workflows and procedures.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, changes and ongoing maintenance.
• Provide support to business users on ServiceNow processes and best practices.
• Configure and schedule reports, notifications and system alerts.
• Manage CMDB health and assist in creating user training materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering and configuring ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSO, WSD and LSD.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and ITIL principles.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow integrations with third‑party systems.
• Experience managing CMDB health.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator) and ITIL Foundation are desirable.
• Experience within the legal sector is a plus.
