Servicing Administrator

About the role

The Servicing Administrator will support a fast‑growing healthcare solutions business by delivering a professional after‑sales experience. You will coordinate servicing, repairs and maintenance while providing high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate servicing, repair and maintenance requests from booking to completion.
• Schedule engineer visits, workshop repairs and customer call‑outs.
• Maintain servicing records, customer updates and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Respond to customer calls, emails and after‑sales enquiries with clear communication.
• Manage demo, trial and hire equipment, including stock tracking, returns and redeployment.
• Process hire administration and invoicing, ensuring accurate records.
• Liaise with engineers, warehouse, operations and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track outstanding actions and follow up efficiently.

• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a process‑driven approach.
• Confident using business systems, spreadsheets and internal databases.
• Ownership of tasks and ability to see them through to completion.
• Collaborative mindset with a positive, can‑do attitude.
