SharePoint Administrator – Power Platform Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a SharePoint Administrator who will also act as a Power Platform Specialist. You will help shape the future of digital working by creating smarter, automated solutions using Microsoft technologies across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enhance SharePoint Online sites, pages, document libraries, lists and permissions.
• Design and develop Power Apps to support and improve business processes.
• Create Power Automate workflows to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports that enable data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver practical digital solutions.
• Provide guidance, training and support to users, and promote governance and best practices within Microsoft 365.
• Explore emerging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and AI‑enabled solutions where appropriate.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online administration and development.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Understanding of permissions management, governance and information architecture.
• Proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
