SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist to drive digital transformation across the organisation. You will design, build and maintain SharePoint Online solutions and create Power Platform applications that improve collaboration, automate processes and deliver data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enhance SharePoint Online sites, pages, document libraries, lists and permissions.
• Design and develop Power Apps that support and improve business processes.
• Create Power Automate workflows to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports for better decision‑making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver practical digital solutions.
• Provide guidance, training and support to users across the organisation.
• Support governance, adoption and best practices within the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Explore emerging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and AI‑enabled solutions where appropriate.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online administration and development.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Understanding of permissions management, governance and information architecture.
• Proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
