Shift Controller – Driver Dispatch & Administration

About the role

The Shift Controller will support driver dispatch and provide essential administrative assistance to keep our logistics operations running smoothly. Working on a Monday‑Friday shift from 2 pm to 10 pm, you will help ensure routes are covered efficiently and drivers receive the support they need.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers, monitoring route coverage and efficiency.
• Handle incoming calls from drivers, providing updates and assistance.
• Communicate with internal teams and external customers to resolve queries.
• Perform general operational and administrative tasks to support the shift.
• Provide debrief support for drivers, reviewing completed routes and any issues.

Required profile

• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with drivers and customers.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a wider team.
• Flexibility to adjust working hours when operational needs arise.
