Shop Fitter / POS Installer (Tewkesbury)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Shop Fitter / POS Installer to join an established family‑owned business in Tewkesbury. You will be responsible for installing retail signage and display systems for clients across the UK and Europe, working on a variety of shift patterns.

Key responsibilities

• Install POS equipment and retail display components according to client specifications.
• Carry out site surveys, interpret designs and technical diagrams, and ensure installations meet health‑and‑safety standards.
• Load, unload and secure products during transit, and travel to job sites, including occasional overseas assignments.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation for each job.
• Collaborate with other fitters and contractors or work independently to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a shop fitter, POS installer or similar role.
• Full UK driving licence (no more than three points) and willingness to travel, including abroad.
• Ability to read and follow technical diagrams and possess good hand‑to‑eye coordination.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements for installations.
