Showroom Coordinator – Luxury Fashion

About the role

We are partnering with a growing luxury fashion organisation to find a Showroom Coordinator for their London team. The role supports showroom operations, sales activity and client relationships across international markets, working closely with senior stakeholders and brand partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day showroom activity, including appointments, client visits and market preparation.
• Support the sales process by assisting with pipeline management and client engagement.
• Manage seasonal order entry and help with sales reporting and performance analysis.
• Provide administrative and operational support to account teams during peak periods.
• Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports and marketing materials.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while supporting new business opportunities.
• Support logistics such as order tracking, delivery coordination and payment processes.
• Contribute to digital and social activity to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Required profile

• Degree educated (Fashion, Business or related field preferred).
• Experience within fashion, luxury or premium brand environments.
• Exposure to sales support, account management or showroom coordination.
• Ability to analyse data and contribute to performance insights.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders or working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Additional languages (particularly Russian or French) desirable.
• Experience working across international markets desirable.
• Strong understanding of luxury customer experience and brand positioning desirable.
