Showroom Manager or Assistant – Full‑Time/Part‑Time

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to run and support our home‑improvement showroom in Witney. The full‑time Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations, while the part‑time Showroom Assistant will help create a welcoming environment on Saturdays.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support the day‑to‑day running of the showroom
- Welcome and engage visitors, providing product information
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team
- Maintain a clean, professional and inviting showroom space
- Work towards lead‑generation targets
Required profile
- Friendly, confident and approachable
- Smart and professional presentation
- Good at reading customers and knowing when to engage
- Motivated by targets and results
- Customer‑facing experience helpful but not essential
- Willing to learn and build strong product knowledge
