About the role

Join City Plumbing’s thriving bathroom showroom in Wigan as a Showroom Sales Manager. You will lead a high‑performing team, turning customer visions into reality while driving sales growth and exceeding targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, hitting KPIs and sales margins.
• Own the customer journey from initial visit through design, quotation and follow‑up.
• Deliver 3D design services using CAD to help customers visualise their dream bathrooms.
• Build strong relationships between trade and retail channels, turning local trade contacts into long‑term advocates.
• Maintain a safe, organised showroom environment and ensure all sales contracts are accurate and compliant.

Required profile

• Proven sales professional with a track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
• Hunter‑type mindset, actively networking with local tradespeople and managing a pipeline of leads.
• Resilient and confident in handling objections in a target‑driven environment.
• Experience in relationship management and partnership development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD for 3D bathroom design.
• Ability to interpret basic financial and statistical information for business decisions.
