German-Speaking Order Management Coordinator

About the role

A well-established international manufacturing company supplies products to customers across the UK and Europe. It is looking for a German-speaking Order Management Coordinator in Wigan, working hybrid with a salary of up to around £29,000 per annum. The role manages the customer journey from enquiry and order placement through to delivery, supporting UK, European and German-speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support UK, European and DACH customers using German and English.
• Manage the full customer order process, from enquiry and quotation through to delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers and work closely with Sales and internal teams.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and delivery issues, offering professional solutions.
• Take ownership of your workload, spot potential problems early and find proactive solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent German, written and spoken (essential).
• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, confident and dynamic personality.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
