Site Operative – Airport Parking Operations

About the role

Airparks is seeking motivated Site Operatives to join our 24/7 airport parking team in Aberdeen. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience from arrival to departure while working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, provide efficient check‑in service and direct them to available parking spaces.
• Safely move customer vehicles from the arrivals area to secure on‑site parking facilities.
• Cover long distances on foot, often walking more than 10 miles during busy periods.
• Support the wider team by covering various operational roles as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Required profile

• Physical fitness to work outdoors and walk long distances.
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including days, nights, weekends and 12‑hour rotations.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Team‑player who demonstrates trust, responsibility and a customer‑first approach.
• Willingness to adapt, think quickly and solve problems on the spot.
