Site Reliability Engineer (Remote)

About the role

P2P.org is the largest institutional staking provider, managing over $10B in TVL and a leading market share in restaking. The company is expanding into new blockchain networks and yield products, seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to keep its infrastructure reliable and performant.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain mission‑critical bare‑metal infrastructure to meet defined SLI/SLO/SLA targets.
• Design and implement automation for deploying web2 and web3 services from scratch.
• Conduct R&D on existing and new blockchain projects to ensure effective monitoring, alerting, and optimal node performance.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation to support 24/7 operations.

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to self‑organize while achieving team goals.
• Capability to work independently under guidance from a team leader.
