Skilled Aircraft Electrician – Filton (Bristol)

About the role

We are seeking a Skilled Aircraft Electrician to join the production team at our Filton plant, supporting the manufacture and R&T of A400M wing assemblies. The role involves installing, testing and ensuring the integrity of complex electrical systems on aircraft wings.

Key responsibilities

• Install and route critical electrical harnesses across A400M wing assemblies.
• Perform continuity testing and verify electrical system integrity.
• Fit and assemble aircraft components as part of the production line.
• Interpret and work to technical drawings and aerospace electrical standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an electrician in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Level 3 electrical qualification (e.g., Certificate of Modern Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety and quality.
• Flexibility to work a 35‑hour Mon‑Thu shift pattern.
