About the role
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced welders for a full‑time position at Rittal CSM in Roborough, Plymouth. The role starts as a temporary assignment with the prospect of permanent employment after three months, offering stability and career progression in a busy production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform welding on steel, aluminium and stainless‑steel components.
- Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring correct parameters.
- Maintain high‑quality welds with strong attention to detail.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a welder.
- Ability to produce precise, high‑quality welds.
- Reliable, safety‑conscious and quality‑driven.
- Willingness to undergo a basic DBS check.
