About the role

Join Lookers' state‑of‑the‑art bodyshop in Stoke as a SMART Cosmetic Repair Technician. You will restore damaged vehicles to manufacturer standards, working with a skilled team to deliver high‑quality repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a range of cosmetic repairs, including stripping, refurbishing and fitting parts to damaged vehicles.
• Act as a multi‑skilled Smart Repair Technician, handling all aspects of repair as required.
• Collaborate effectively with other Bodyshop Technicians to meet service targets.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Adhere strictly to manufacturer repair guidelines and specifications.

Required profile

• Previous experience in accident or cosmetic vehicle repair.
• Ability to work safely in a busy workshop environment.
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
