SMART Repairer – Automotive Bodyshop Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SMART Repairer to join a busy automotive bodyshop in Ordsall. The role involves delivering high‑quality SMART repairs on a range of vehicles while supporting the team’s workflow and maintaining safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out SMART repairs to vehicles, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality finish.
• Identify and report any additional repair requirements to customers and management.
• Collaborate with the bodyshop team to maintain efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a SMART Repairer or in a similar automotive bodyshop role.
• Essential motor‑trade experience and a full UK driving licence.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering outstanding workmanship.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
