Social Account Manager – French Speaking

About the role

OLIVER is seeking a bilingual Social Account Manager to join its London studio on a hybrid basis. You will be the primary liaison between clients and internal creative teams, ensuring social content is delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest quality.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients on social content delivery, managing expectations and communication.
• Own the end‑to‑end workflow from brief intake through production, approval and publishing.
• Coordinate with Social Strategists, Content Creators, Designers and Data Analysts to keep projects on schedule.
• Translate client requests into clear internal briefs and ensure they align with strategy and platform requirements.
• Review outputs against briefs, flag risks early and maintain a smooth delivery pipeline.

Required profile

• Intermediate to fluent proficiency in both English and French.
• Experience managing social media projects in a fast‑paced, agency‑like environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple briefs simultaneously.
• Proactive communicator who can build trust‑based relationships with client stakeholders.
