Social Content Creator

About the role

Bray Leino, a full-service brand growth agency founded in 1973 with offices in North Devon, Bristol and London, is looking for a social-first Content Creator. The role takes ideas from concept to camera to cut-down, fast, and works on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and emerging formats. It is based in Tottenham Court Road, London, with hybrid working three days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Create platform-native content ideas, turn trends and cultural moments into brand-safe content, and develop repeatable series such as street interviews and challenges
• Write quick micro-scripts for skits and adapt them on the fly
• Film on mobile or lightweight kit, perform on camera in public, run street-style vox pops and create comedy-led skits while respecting brand guidelines
• Edit mainly in CapCut, adding subtitles, motion, transitions and sound, and produce variants for testing
• Support publishing with engagement prompts and comment hooks, and feed performance learnings back into concepts
• Track trends, audio and formats, maintain a trend bank and pitch weekly ideas

Required profile

• Proven ability to concept, film and edit social content end-to-end
• Experience running street interview formats and shaping questions that get good answers
• Confident acting on camera in public, including vox pops and comedy skits, while keeping brand tone and safety
• Able to shoot clean mobile video with solid audio awareness and basic lighting instincts
• Deep understanding of TikTok/Instagram Reels style, social analytics and creator culture
• Portfolio of social-first video work with links required

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of CapCut editing (captions, effects, pacing, templates, sound)
• Ability to improvise on camera and turn spontaneous moments into on-brand edits
• Quick reaction to trends and briefs, and strong communication skills
