About the role
Deliveroo’s Brand & Experience team is looking for a Social Content Creator to drive high‑volume, on‑trend video content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts. You will work closely with the Social Media Executive, agencies and internal studios to keep the brand visible in real‑time cultural moments.
Key responsibilities
- Create native, thumb‑stopping videos and copy for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts, from ideation through filming, editing and publishing.
- Develop reactive, trend‑led content that aligns with cultural moments and brand voice.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Executive and Manager to execute the always‑on social strategy and content calendar.
- Support community management by identifying opportunities for real‑time engagement and brand‑led conversations.
- Work with agencies on campaign‑level content production and feed community insights into future planning.
- Monitor social trends, creators and formats to keep Deliveroo at the forefront of culture.
Required profile
- 1–3+ years of experience creating social‑first video content.
- Strong instinct for emerging trends and platform‑specific storytelling.
- Ability to produce high‑quality content quickly and at scale.
- Excellent written communication and a clear, brand‑aligned tone of voice.
Required skills
- Video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro or similar).
- Copywriting for social media.
- Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts formats.
- Basic filming and lighting techniques.
