Social Media Analyst

About the role

The Social Media Analyst will support Invesco’s brand presence across EMEA by executing organic social media strategies, primarily on LinkedIn. Working closely with content, design, marketing, compliance and agency partners, you will create and manage social‑first content that engages financial professionals and institutional audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Invesco’s organic social media strategy in the EMEA region to boost engagement and support business objectives.
• Create, edit and publish written, photo, graphic and video assets daily across Invesco channels, including employee advocacy and thought‑leader posts.
• Maintain the social media calendar in Airtable, identify scheduling gaps and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns, write copy, manage inquiries via Aprimo, and track performance metrics such as followers, impressions, clicks and engagements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align content with compliance, brand guidelines and industry trends.
• Conduct social listening, generate reports and provide insights to optimise future content.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media channels, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to brand tone of voice.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑regional environment.
