Social Media and Community Manager - Beauty

About the role

We are seeking a senior Social Media and Community Manager with deep experience in the beauty sector. You will lead the strategy and day‑to‑day engagement for a vibrant community of beauty creators across the UK and Ireland, driving brand advocacy and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and nurture a community of thousands of beauty creators, fostering genuine relationships and collaboration.
• Act as the brand’s voice within the community, engaging daily to spark meaningful conversations.
• Plan and host online and offline community experiences, such as workshops and creator events.
• Own end‑to‑end social strategy across all channels, ensuring a distinctive and culturally relevant brand voice.
• Develop and execute tactics to grow followers, engagement, and participation through organic, community‑driven content.
• Analyse social insights and performance data to continuously optimise strategy.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing social media and communities within the beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of current beauty, creator, and content trends.
• Proven ability to build relationships and inspire engagement among creators.
• Passion for beauty, digital culture, and influencer marketing.
