Social Media and Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Social & Community Manager to join our fast‑moving team. You will help shape influencer and social campaigns for a portfolio of exciting brands, working closely with senior colleagues in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain content calendars across all social platforms, ensuring timely planning, scheduling and publishing.
• Support content development by brainstorming on‑brand ideas that resonate with target audiences.
• Appear on‑camera when needed, filming and featuring in brand content.
• Own community management, responding to comments, DMs and interactions to build loyal audiences.
• Drive ongoing influencer engagement, nurturing genuine relationships beyond paid campaigns.
• Research and identify suitable influencers based on audience fit, engagement and brand alignment.
• Help create influencer briefs that clearly communicate objectives, creative direction and deliverables.
• Track, analyse and report on influencer and social performance, providing insights for future optimisation.
• Support additional marketing initiatives as required.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in social media or influencer marketing.
• Passion for social trends, influencer culture and digital storytelling.
• Ability to work quickly and autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
