Social Media & Community Manager – London

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Community Manager to join a leading retail/beauty brand in London. You will own the organic social strategy across key platforms, shape content with the wider marketing team, and drive community‑focused initiatives that support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organic social media strategy for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to build a cohesive content plan.
• Lead community‑building projects and foster engagement within the beauty and retail space.
• Track, analyse and report on social performance against growth targets, recommending optimisations.
• Manage and mentor a team of two Social Media Executives, providing strong leadership.

Required profile

• Experience in the hair, beauty or retail industry is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing organic social media campaigns.
• Previous line‑management experience, overseeing a small team.
• Ability to develop and nurture an active community around the brand.
