Social Media & Community Manager – UK

About the role

Momcozy is seeking an experienced and highly creative Social Media & Community Manager to lead its UK social media, community and forum strategy. You will build an engaged network of parents and parents‑to‑be through locally relevant content and meaningful conversations, driving brand awareness, loyalty and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Momcozy’s UK social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
• Create monthly and quarterly content plans aligned with product launches, seasonal moments and business objectives.
• Plan and manage content shoots, write briefs, collaborate with creators and production partners, and schedule engaging posts.
• Manage day‑to‑day community interactions, including comments, direct messages and forum discussions.
• Design engagement initiatives such as giveaways, Q&As and user‑generated content campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce regular reports and refine strategies based on insights.
• Develop and moderate a supportive UK community of mums and mums‑to‑be, fostering conversations around pregnancy, postpartum recovery and breastfeeding.

Required profile

• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling ability with a strong sense of brand voice.
• Highly creative, trend‑aware and able to produce content that resonates with UK audiences.
• Strong visual judgement, attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Passion for pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding and parenting topics.
