Social Media & Content Executive

About the role

Revolution Beauty is looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to join its Social team, working across its beauty brands. The role helps deliver innovative content and social strategies, supports 360 launch plans and drives growth, working closely with the Influencer and Ecommerce teams to define and communicate the brand narrative and act as brand guardian on social.

Key responsibilities

• Plan the content calendar with the Social, PR, Brand and Influencer team, aligning it with campaigns and trends
• Publish and schedule content across channels at the right time for maximum engagement
• Monitor trends and support content ideation and campaign briefings
• Engage daily with comments, DMs and tags, and track KPIs for weekly and monthly reports
• Create social assets and support digital and in-store POS requirements, including shooting makeup looks
• Support the Rev Gen community programme, business sample coordination and outreach to UGC creators and influencers

Required profile

• Passion for social media and a strong understanding of platforms, tools and best practices
• Interest in beauty and staying up to date with industry trends
• Creative mind with analytical, data-driven thinking
• Strong organisation and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

• Core hours 10-4, finishing at 3.30pm on Fridays
