Social Media & Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creatively driven Social Media & Content Specialist to join our fully remote agency, Stay the Night. You will help hospitality brands shape their online presence, turning real moments into engaging Instagram and TikTok content that drives direct bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities for client Instagram and TikTok accounts, including planning, creating and scheduling posts.
• Produce and edit short‑form video reels and TikToks that feel native to each platform.
• Write compelling captions that balance brand storytelling with searchability.
• Identify on‑site moments, trends and opportunities to generate fresh content.
• Support community management by responding to comments and messages in each brand’s tone of voice.
• Monitor performance metrics and feed insights into future content strategies.
• Assist with on‑site content shoots and help develop overall social media strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a social media or content role, agency or in‑house.
• Strong eye for visual and emotional storytelling.
• Ability to juggle multiple client accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for hospitality, travel or lifestyle brands (bonus).

Required skills

• Proficiency with short‑form video editing tools such as CapCut and Canva.
• Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Excellent copywriting skills adaptable to different brand voices.
