Social Media Manager - AI First

About the role

Evershare is a London-based digital marketing group that runs its own brands and selected clients' accounts. This fully remote Social Media Manager role directs AI to run social media end to end: strategy, research, design, video, copy, publishing, community management, live reporting and client contact. One person is expected to produce what a team of three used to, using AI for design, video, research, translation, scheduling and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the whole social media journey, from idea to published content to measurable learning
• Direct, review and improve AI-generated outputs, and build workflows that make campaigns faster and easier
• Follow AI-first rules: pick the AI tool or workflow first, work manually only when no tool can do it, and record why
• Maintain prompt libraries, brand-voice guides, templates and automations in the shared company workspace, and test new tools every week

Required profile

• At least two years of experience running social media for brands or clients
• A portfolio of social content, design and video created with AI, including the prompts or workflows behind it
• Daily, confident use of ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for research, strategy, copy and analysis, including custom instructions, projects or custom GPTs
• Experience with AI image tools (Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.) and AI video tools (Runway, Kling, CapCut, etc.)
• Fluent written and spoken English, able to spot and fix unnatural AI-generated copy
• Organised, self-directed and reliable, able to work remotely across several brands at once
• Nice to have: ecommerce, food retail, travel or hospitality marketing experience; GoHighLevel, ClickUp and GA4; paid social with Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads; basic SEO and repurposing content for blogs and newsletters
