About the role
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our AI training team. In this remote contractor position you will apply your expert writing, editing, and language skills to train and evaluate AI chatbots, measuring progress and improving model quality.
Key responsibilities
- Assign complex, real‑world tasks to AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
- Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness, relevance, and performance against brand standards.
- Identify logical gaps and provide feedback to enhance model behavior.
Required profile
- Fluent in English at native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
