Social Media Manager – Hybrid (Up to £50k + Bonus)

About the role

We are recruiting a Social Media Manager for a large international nutrition brand. The role is hybrid, based in Speke, Liverpool, and offers the chance to own the brand’s social presence across key platforms while supporting commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the social media strategy across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Manage the social content calendar to ensure consistent, engaging publishing.
• Create, brief and oversee production of high‑quality social content.
• Build and nurture online communities, responding to customer interactions where appropriate.
• Monitor platform performance, analyse insights and optimise content.
• Collaborate with creative, content and marketing teams on wider campaigns.
• Identify emerging trends and platform updates, integrating them into strategy.
• Manage influencer and creator relationships where relevant.
• Report on key metrics and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels.
• Ability to translate data and insights into high‑performing campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
