Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking an outstanding Social Media Manager to lead organic social strategy for our client accounts. You will work within our Organic Social team, shaping channel, community and content plans while collaborating closely with Client Services and Creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve cross‑channel organic strategies for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and others.
• Monitor platform trends and performance data, adjusting tactics in real time to keep clients ahead of the curve.
• Line‑manage a Social Media Executive, overseeing workload, providing mentorship and fostering professional growth.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Collaborate on client reporting, delivering meaningful analysis beyond vanity metrics.
• Support the Social Media Director in owning client KPIs and refining content strategies to exceed growth and engagement targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing organic social for brands.
• Creatively driven, culturally aware and comfortable juggling multiple channels and projects.
• Strong understanding of platform behaviour, content performance and social‑first ideation.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a commercial mindset.
