Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with proven success on TikTok to lead social‑first thinking for top‑tier brands. You will mentor a small team, shape channel strategy and create culturally resonant content that drives measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and develop Social Media Executives, fostering creativity, collaboration and accountability.
• Build strong internal partnerships with creative, strategy and client teams.
• Develop and lead social‑first strategies for drinks, beauty and lifestyle brands across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms.
• Identify cultural moments and creator collaborations to authentically position brands.
• Conceptualise, script, shoot and edit short‑form video content.

Required profile

• Significant, provable experience running successful TikTok accounts.
• Deep understanding of drinks, beauty and lifestyle sectors and how they appear in culture.
• Ability to spot trends before they peak and translate social insight into creative ideas.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and driving high performance.
