Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to shape the online presence of a distinctive independent coffee brand in South West London. You will capture the brand’s authentic moments and translate them into engaging content that reflects the calm, community‑focused atmosphere of our cafés.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit natural, authentic content for Instagram and TikTok, showcasing coffee, spaces, people and rituals.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent output across launches, collaborations and community events.
• Design and execute a purposeful social media strategy aligned with brand values.
• Lead brand partnerships, collaborations and activations that resonate with the local community.
• Track performance against agreed KPIs, report results and provide strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for a consumer‑facing brand, preferably in hospitality, food & drink or coffee.
• Comfortable in front of the camera and skilled at filming and editing authentic content.
• Organised planner who brings structure and intention to content creation.
• Reliable, accountable and personable – able to build genuine relationships with baristas and customers.
• Energetic and self‑motivated, ready to take ownership once embedded.

What we offer

• Salary £30,000 – £40,000 per year, plus bonus up to 15% of salary.
