Social Media Manager

About the role

Lisa Eldridge is looking for a Social Media Manager to own the brand’s daily presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit and Redbook. You will translate the world of Lisa Eldridge into native, authentic content while balancing organic and paid social efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Write and deliver a weekly content brief covering daily output for all organic social platforms.
• Create or commission platform‑specific edits (reels, carousels, stories, TikTok videos) from long‑form assets or original concepts.
• Manage community engagement by monitoring comments, responding where appropriate, and surfacing conversation‑worthy moments.
• Track trends across Instagram and emerging platforms, flagging relevant opportunities for the brand.
• Participate in reactive and cultural moments in a way that feels on‑brand and never opportunistic.
• Maintain the brand’s tone and visual style across every channel.
• Collaborate with the paid‑media team and agency to understand performance data and test new formats.
• Provide monthly performance summaries and feed insights back into the content planning process.

Required profile

• Lives on social platforms and has a genuine, hands‑on understanding of community dynamics.
• Strong instincts for why formats resonate and the ability to articulate those insights.
• Knows how to engage with platform culture without cheapening a premium beauty brand.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, making confident creative decisions with autonomy.
• Excellent written communication for briefing and community interaction.
