Social Media Manager – YouTuber‑led Brand

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the TikTok and Instagram presence of a fast‑growing UK brand that partners with a top YouTube creator. Working from our London office in a hybrid model, you will shape content, grow the community and keep the brand at the centre of online conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day activity on TikTok and Instagram, including posting, community interaction and trend monitoring.
• Maintain and optimise the content calendar, spotting reactive opportunities and viral moments.
• Create, brief and publish social‑first content that aligns with brand voice.
• Engage the audience through comments, direct messages and user‑generated content.
• Support product launches, campaigns, competitions and brand activations.
• Collaborate closely with creators, content partners and internal teams.
• Track performance metrics and use insights to improve engagement.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social media, content or community management.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and current internet culture.
• Proven track record of growing social channels and driving audience engagement.
• Creative, proactive and able to generate ideas quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment where trends evolve rapidly.
• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.
