Social Media Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join its luxury hospitality team. You will help shape the brand’s digital storytelling across multiple platforms, working closely with marketing, influencers, and event teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Pinterest.
• Coordinate influencer requests, logistics, and collaborations.
• Support logistics for photoshoots, brand events, and marketing initiatives, including briefings and coordination.
• Monitor and respond to community messages and Google reviews.
• Brainstorm and pitch fresh content ideas aligned with brand goals.
• Shoot and edit lo‑fi videos and Reels for social media.
• Manage content calendars and track engagement metrics.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
• Experience creating content for personal or brand accounts.
• Proficient in Instagram Reels and/or TikTok creation.
• Familiarity with Canva; Adobe Creative Suite or video editing apps (CapCut, InShot) a plus.
• Personable, confident, and proactive with a can‑do attitude.
• Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Passion for luxury hospitality and the Four Seasons brand.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Later, etc.).
• Right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship available.
