Social Media & Partnerships Manager (Lifestyle)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing lifestyle DTC brand seeking a hands‑on Social Media & Partnerships Manager. You will own the creation of social content, manage creator collaborations and drive brand awareness across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.

Key responsibilities

• Create, film and edit short‑form video and image content for social channels.
• Plan and execute day‑to‑day posting schedules on Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Research, recruit and manage influencers from brief to reporting.
• Develop and launch partnership campaigns with complementary brands, including giveaways and competitions.
• Monitor organic and paid performance, allocate budgets and recommend optimisation.
• Analyse data and platform insights to inform future content and paid amplification.

• Creative, organised and reliable.
• Curious about trends, creators and emerging platforms.
