Software Engineer – Linux App Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer who will lead the bring‑up and integration of our applications on Linux platforms. The role sits in our Glasgow R&D office and offers a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Bring‑up, package, deploy and manage system services for existing software on Linux.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to plan features and deliver high‑quality releases.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions and overall engineering quality initiatives.
• Support cross‑platform development for macOS and Windows as needed.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Linux development, including system‑level programming, debugging and tooling.
• Proven track record of building and shipping commercial software products.
• Deep knowledge of C++ and modern development best practices.
• Ability to work proactively and autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
